A debit credit card has the ability of a credit card, meaning that it can be used like a credit card to buy items, but they only use funds deposited into them by you. For example, you can buy items online with a debit credit card. They do not go into 'credit' or have a negative balance like a credit card as they are always in 'debit' or in other words have a positive balance like a more traditional keycard account.
